Dr. Dt. Volkan Eren

Dr. Dt. Volkan Eren was born in İzmir in 1987. He completed his secondary education at İzmir Karşıyaka Anatolian High School in 2005. In the same year, he began his higher education at Ege University Faculty of Dentistry.
He graduated in 2010 after presenting his thesis titled “Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Two Different Toothpastes in Terms of Plaque Index and Gingival Index” in the field of Periodontology.
In 2017, he received his PhD degree from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Periodontology, by successfully defending his doctoral thesis titled “Clinical Evaluation of Adjunctive Anti-infective Approaches in the Mechanical Treatment of Peri-implant Mucositis.”
Dr. Eren is a member of the Turkish Society of Periodontology, the European Association of Periodontology, and the International Team for Implantology. He continues his clinical and scientific work both nationally and internationally, focusing on periodontal plastic surgery, implantology, and the treatment of peri-implant diseases.
